Here it is necessary to separate the facts of what we can guarantee and what we can't guarantee
What CAN we guarantee:
- Seeds quality. Our seeds go through several stages of testing before they go on sale. We will also post the results of our clients on social networks from time to time (check the links here). - The fact of sending the seeds. We will definitely share a track code as proof of sending your order right after passing your parcel to courier company.
What we CAN NOT guarantee:
- Successful delivery seeds. We will try to make the packaging as safe as possible and 100% provide you with a tracking code, as we mentioned above. But in case of the parcel arriving to you is damaged for example - please send the request of the complaint to the transport company, as we are not responsible for their work. Please note that we cannot affect to transport company, but from our side we will try to do our best to help you in any difficult situation.
- Germination of seeds after they get to you. It all depends on many factors such as growing conditions, environment, knowledge, experience, etc. Soon we will release the contact of our support department, which will help our customers with complaints\replacement\refund of seeds

If your order was sent and you have the tracking code you can check the status of your parcel here
Please note as well - we're not responsible for the time of delivery, it is up to transport company. We just pass the parcel with your order to the courier. Especially time of delivery might depend on COVID situation in your region or country.
